Project Description
The GSG Architecture/HOK Smith Forkner (previously Bullock Smith & Partners) team was hired to assess the current condition of buildings and site layout of the Sublette County Fairgrounds. The initial assessment showed an overarching need for site defragmentation with the prime consideration being the relocation of the 4000-seat grandstand and performance arena closer to the existing buildings. The grounds will also be brought together by improved vehicle flow around the site, and parking adjacent to the buildings. Pedestrian circulation through the interior of the site will also be improved.
