Project Description

GSG Architecture working in partnership with the international Architectural firm HOK designed the state-of-the-art, LEED Gold rated (final certification pending), Energy Innovation Center (EIC) for the University of Wyoming. This new research and collaboration facility includes approximately 57,000 sq. ft. of space, including 12,000 sq. ft. of laboratory space which can be reconfigured, to assist visiting scientists, faculty, and students in developing their on-going research in energy-related sciences. Among these innovative learning environments are a collaboration center, a 3-D visualization center, laboratories and classroom which can support current and future experimentation into this vital field.
