Poplar Wine and Spirits was the first project in Casper’s urban renewal master plan, incorporating new life into previously unused property on the fringe of the Old Yellowstone District. The City of Casper awarded Poplar Wine & Spirits the “Old Yellowstone District New Construction Award for a Commercial Property”. The project included a 2,500 sq. ft. retail package liquor store accompanied by a 1,250 sq. ft. wine and martini bar with an outdoor patio seating area. Approximately 5,000 sq. ft. of connected warehouse storage supports both businesses.
