The compact design of this 36,000 sq. ft. school was an efficient and aesthetic response to a small and steeply sloping site. Other options for the building site were not available, so the GSG design team worked extensively with the District to provide an economical solution which could be constructed adjacent to an existing facility without disruption of ongoing classes.

The classrooms are equipped with the latest educational technologies such as FM sound reinforcement systems, integrated fire and security systems, internet access and are augmented by a full computer laboratory and several dedicated Special Education and Title I spaces which can service the needs of all the communities’ children. All systems were provided with infrastructure designed to facilitate modernization and adaptation to new technologies as they arise.
